Tasting Notes: Only made in the cool years, our Signature Sparkling red comes from a single low yielding vineyard. It was matured in 100% French oak for 12 months. This wine was then made in the traditional Sparkling method and spent a further 12 months on lees before disgorging with no dosage. Black, Spicey and Bubbly.
